All services are provided on-site at the customer’s property.
2. Scheduling and Access
By scheduling a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and service address information
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to your pool and equipment
- Secure pets and remove any hazards prior to service
If we are unable to safely access your pool, the service may be rescheduled.
3. Payments
- Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service completion
- We reserve the right to require payment in advance for certain services
- Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee
We understand that things come up and will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide excellent results:
- We cannot guarantee immediate results in cases of severe algae, equipment failure, or neglected pools
- Some issues may require multiple visits or additional treatments
- Repairs may require additional parts, labor, or follow-up appointments
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining proper water levels
- Ensuring pool equipment has power and is in working condition (unless repair is requested)
- Informing us of any known issues with the pool or equipment
7. Liability
ClearView Pools is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to pool surfaces or equipment
- Damage caused by improper prior maintenance or chemical imbalance
- Conditions outside our control, including weather, power outages, or equipment failure
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site’s functionality
- Copy or reuse content without permission
9. Intellectual Property
